  founded Careplan in 1995. Having practiced in Social Work as a Senior Manager within Social Services Departments, she understands the needs of professionals in terms of working hours, location and benefits.
As a board director of the REC, with seats on the Sector Groups Committee for Nursing & Social Care and The Professional Standards Committee, she exercises a strong commitment to excellence of service to Careplan's candidates and clients.
